Woman, daughters abducted as gunmen break into another home in Abuja

A 45 year-old woman, Bukola Oladapo, and two of her daughters have been abducted at Pegi community in Kuje area council of Abuja. They were abducted two days after a father, Abdullahi Benda, and his 23 year-old son, Jibrin Abdullahi Benda, were kidnapped at Yangoji village, in Kwali Area council, of the FCT. Daughters of the woman involved in the fresh kidnap incident were identified as Moyo Oladapo, 17 years old, and Glory Oladapo, 14 years old. US court jails Nigerian over $2.6m unemployment benefit fraud

Bamidele Muraina, a 34-year-old Nigerian, has been sentenced to 70 months in a US prison for fraudulently claiming unemployment insurance benefits worth $2.6 million. According to a press statement by the United States department of justice, northern district of Georgia, Muraina was convicted alongside 33-year-old Gabriel Kalembo.
