Two police officers are missing, while three others were injured during an attack on a convoy in Effium Community, Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State on Sunday. Police in Anambra state said two of their officers have been shot dead and their bodies burnt by their attackers. One officer is still missing, according to the police. No fewer than 11 persons were reportedly killed on Friday night as Fulani herdsmen attack Ta’agbe village in Miango District of Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State. Bandits have reportedly chased residents out of Yan Buki village in Zurmi local government area of Zamfara State.
