Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved a contract of N2.8 billion for installation of a digital web-based integrated system to aid prisons decongestion in Nigeria. Boko Haram yesterday launched a bold attack on Damaturu, Yobe State capital. The attack forced the town into an early lockdown as vehicles were not allowed to come into it or out of the town.
