Office of Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) on Monday arraigned 10 suspected pirates for the hijack of a Chinese fishing vessel, FV Hai Lu Feng II, in international waters off Cote D’Ivoire. Police have arrested a suspected internet fraudster, Mr Chukwuebuka Obiaku, who allegedly lured an American woman to Nigeria with marriage and extorted her of $48,000. Most wanted gang leader, Mr Biola Ebila, has been killed in Ibadan, Oyo State capital. It was gathered that Ebila was killed in a crossfire at Olomi area on Sunday following a clash between two rival groups. Police later moved into the area to quell the hostility. No fewer than 20 people have been killed by gunmen following an attack on Chibuak and Kigudu II communities in Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna state.
