Biafra: We too are ‘disgusted’ with Nigeria - Onaiyekan

FG, states, local govts share N462.4 billion in May

Revenue from oil export was lower by about $57.12 million in May as the three tiers of government shared a total of N462.4 billion during the month. The reduction in revenue for the month was attributed to a slight drop in the average price of crude oil at the international oil market from $55.38 per barrel to $55.18 as well as a decrease in the total export volume by about 1.023 million barrels. 16 women kidnapped as survivors narrate ‘shocking’ details of Boko Haram ambush of ‘secure’ convoy

Some survivors of the Tuesday morning ambush on a convoy of dozens of vehicles under armed escort have narrated their woes blaming the security agencies for poor preparation. West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has urged GCE candidates to endeavour to collect their certificates within four years of writing the examination as any delay beyond that will attract custody fee.
