It will become mandatory for judges and staff of Nigerian courts to communicate court documents with lawyers by electronic mail from July 16, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mr Walter Onnoghen, has announced. 90 migrants feared drowned after boat capsizes off Libya - UN

About 90 people are feared drowned after a smuggler's boat carrying mostly Pakistani migrants capsized off Libya's coast early Friday, the U.N.'s migration agency said. Senate right to reject Magu as EFCC chairman, Court rules

An Abuja Division of the Federal High Court has affirmed the decision of the Senate to reject Mr Ibrahim Magu as chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
