Amnesty International condemns clampdown on Shiite protesters

A human rights organization, Amnesty International, has condemned the reaction of Nigerian police to Shiites protests on Monday and Tuesday in Abuja. In a statement signed by Mr Osai Ojigho, Director Amnesty International Nigeria, the organisation said the crackdown on unarmed protesters put lives at risk. JAMB conducts UTME in eight countries

Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) says it has recorded a huge success in the conduct of Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) in eight countries. Chibok girls: Many abductees dead, says journalist
