President Muhammadu Buhari has unveiled Made-in-Nigeria Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles to aid the military’s counter-terrorism and related operations nationwide. President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed Mr Zikrullah Olakunle Hassan as the new chairman of National Hajj Commission (NAHCON). The appointment was received by Senate for confirmation via a letter addressed to the president of Senate, Mr Ahmad Lawan and read in plenary Tuesday. Federal Government has begun remodelling of grazing reserves into ranches in seven states as part of efforts to transform and modernise the country’s livestock industry. Executive Secretary, National Commission for Nomadic Education, Mr Bashir Usman, made this known on Tuesday in Zaria at the opening of a three-day capacity building workshop on the remodelling of grazing reserves into ranches.
