President Muhammadu Buhari has reconstituted the Executive Management Boards of River Basin Development Authorities (RBDA). RBDAs are under the Federal Ministry of Water Resources. Nobel laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka yesterday condemned President Muhammadu’s and Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai’s handling of the Southern Kaduna crisis. Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) alleged that no fewer than 808 people have been killed. Soyinka criticised the admission by El -Rufai that he paid killers of Southern Kaduna people to stop the carnage.
