Tragedy has struck the Maikanti’s family once again. Group Managing Director (GMD) of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr Maikanti Baru, has lost his son. Earlier in April, his mother, Hajiya Fatima Baru, died in her hometown of Misau in Bauchi State. The son died in Dubai, it was reported thursday evening.
