A newly installed community leader in Kaduna was killed in the early hous of Sunday by gunmen. The community leader, Isiaku Madaki was murdered in his residence in Chikun local government area of Kaduna State. Adamu Aliyu, chairman of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) in Gwagwalada council area of the federal capital territory (FCT), has been reportedly killed by gunmen. The bandits, who abducted passengers on a Kaduna-bound train last month, have threatened to kill them if the federal government fails to meet their demands. Gunmen have killed 10 persons and injured 19 others during a cultural festival in Chando Zerreci community in Irigwe Chiefdom of Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau. Gunmen on Sunday killed two officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Ezinifite, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State.
