Independent National Electoral Commission on Thursday inaugurated ad hoc committees on Electoral Logistics and National Collation Centre. INEC introduces app to check vote-buying, other malpractices

Independent National Electoral Commission has introduced an application where every Nigerian can be election observer and report live from their polling units. The app, according to INEC, would check vote buying and can be downloaded free from the commission’s website or Google Play Store.
