An appeals court in Milan on Friday rejected Nigeria's $1.092 billion compensation request against Italian energy group Eni SpA and Shell Plc in civil proceedings relating to a $1.3 billion oilfield deal. Federal executive council (FEC) has approved the setup of a committee to examine, repurpose, privatise, or transfer ownership of unfinished and abandoned government structures. The decision was taken on Wednesday at the FEC meeting presided over by Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo.
