Runner survives attack by choking mountain lion to death

A mountain lion lunged at a runner on a Colorado trail and bit his face before the man fought back and choked the animal to death, wildlife officials said Tuesday. The unidentified man was running alone at Horsetooth Mountain Open Space near Fort Collins on Monday when he heard a noise and turned back. Man runs mad, kills wife, children, four others

Pandemonium broke out Monday evening in Onyikwa Nkaleke, Ozibo community, in Ebonyi local government area of Ebonyi State after a 35-year-old man, Mr Simon Ugbala, went berserk, killing his wife, two children, and four others. A lion killed a young worker at a wildlife conservatory Sunday after it got loose from a locked space, the center said.
