President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife, Aisha, has rubbished the N500 billion Social Investment Programme of her husband’s administration, saying that it failed “woefully” in the North in particular. Independent National Electoral Commission on Saturday complied with the judgment of the Supreme Court and declared governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party in Zamfara State, Mr Bello Matawalle and others winners of 2019 general election.
