12,000 imported vehicles trapped in ports over strike - Clearing agents

Seplat Energy Plc says it has entered into an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPNU) from Exxon Mobil Corporation, Delaware (ExxonMobil).
