Cab drivers dump Uber, Bolt, sign up with local ride apps

Professional E-Hailing Drivers and Private Owners Association (PEDPA) in Lagos on Tuesday said it had entered into partnership with two indigenous App companies for its ride sharing service. Naira falls to 4-year low as currency crosses the 500 mark per dollar

Nigeria has awarded the rights to develop marginal oilfields to 50% of the 161 firms shortlisted after they met all the conditions, the petroleum regulator said on Tuesday. Oil prices settled higher on Tuesday, with Brent hitting above $71 and trading at its highest since March, on expectations for growing fuel demand during the summer driving season in the United States as OPEC+ agreed to boost output. Naira about to hit the 500 mark against $1 as the slide continues

The naira fell against the U.S dollar at the parallel market on Tuesday, data posted on abokiFX.com, a website that collates parallel market rates in Lagos showed.
