Five people were feared dead while scores sustained serious injuries on Saturday following a stampede at the entrance of Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital. Media reports in Ghana indicate that four football referees in Malawi have been found guilty of match fixing after receiving $20 between them to fix a game.
