Authorities identify 100 people exposed to Nigeria’s first coronavirus patient

Nigerian authorities have been in touch with around 100 people who may have been exposed to an Italian man who is the country’s first coronavirus patient, Lagos state health commissioner said on Sunday. FG closes Independence Bridge Lagos for maintenance

Lagos govt relocates Italian with Coronavirus to better facility

Having condemned the isolation room given to him, due to poor ventilation and mosquito bites, Lagos state government has on Saturday transferred the forty-four year-old Italian man to a better facility. Kara Bridge on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway re-opens today

Federal Controller of Works, Lagos, Mr Adedamola Kuti, has said Berger/Kara Bridge section of Lagos-Ibadan Expressway will be opened to motorists today Sunday, March 1. Kuti told journalists on Saturday afternoon that construction work had been completed on that portion of the road. He said the Magboro-Punch axis would be opened on March 7 while the construction zone around Mowe would be opened in April. Coronavirus patient attempts to escape quarantine in Lagos because of ‘heat and mosquitoes’
