Ondo declares public holiday ahead of gov election

Ondo State Governor, Mr Rotimi Akeredolu, has declared Friday (today) work-free for workers in the state.

A statement by Mr Donald Ojogo, state Commissioner for Information and Orientation, on Thursday said all workers in the public service would observe the holiday.

The statement titled, ‘Ondo Decides: Friday is work-free day,’ explained that the holiday was approved to enable workers have enough time to prepare for the poll.
